Reply to every lead in seconds, and book the next step.

Leads arrive at night, at lunch and while you're on a job. Most of them wait until someone is free.

We set up teammates that answer right away, ask the questions you'd ask, book the call and keep following up until they hear back.

A lead, answered

  1. A lead writes in after hours Chat
  2. Replies and asks two questions Chat
  3. Books a call for tomorrow Chat
  4. Updates your CRM Automation
  5. Reminds them before the call Automation

What is AI lead response?

AI lead response means every new enquiry gets an immediate, useful reply by phone, chat or email. The assistant asks the questions you would ask, books the next step, updates your CRM and keeps following up until the lead answers or says no, so your people spend their time with the people who are ready to talk.

Good leads don't wait for you.

  • Leads come in at night and go cold by morning.

By the time someone replies, they've already spoken to someone else.

  • I'm on a job and can't answer the phone.

A missed call can be a missed job.

  • We sent a quote and never heard back.

Nobody chased it, because nobody had time.

  • I can't remember who asked what, or when.

The details are spread across texts, email and a notebook.

A fast reply and a patient follow-up are the easy part to hand off. Everything after that is yours.

What changes when no lead has to wait.

  • A reply in seconds

New leads hear back straight away by chat, text or phone, whatever the hour.

  • The right questions, asked

It asks what you would ask, like what they need, when and where, so you start with the details.

  • The next step, booked

It offers times, books the call and sends a reminder, so fewer slots go empty.

  • Follow-up that doesn't stall

Quotes and enquiries get a polite nudge until the lead answers or says no.

  • A CRM that's right

Every conversation lands in your CRM with the details, so nothing lives only in someone's head.

Smiling business owner looking at his phone

A Tuesday, 9:15 PM.

A homeowner fills in your quote form after dinner. An enquiry like that would normally sit until morning.

A teammate replies within seconds, asks what needs doing and how soon, and offers two times for a call tomorrow. They pick one.

At 8 AM you open your calendar. The call is booked, the notes are in your CRM and a reminder has gone out.

See how a new lead would be handled

Why the first reply matters.

A Harvard Business Review study of 1.25 million web enquiries sent to 42 companies found that firms replying within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to have a meaningful conversation with a decision-maker as firms that replied an hour later.

That study looked at web leads, not phone calls, but a caller who gets voicemail is in the same position as someone waiting for a reply.

What your teammates take on

  • Reply to new leads by chat, text and phone
  • Ask the qualifying questions in your own words
  • Book calls and visits straight into your calendar
  • Send reminders so fewer people don't show up
  • Follow up on quotes and enquiries
  • Pass warm leads to the right person, with notes

Your people take it from there, with the part that needs a person.

What is a slow reply costing you?

Change the numbers to match your business. The percentages are guesses, so use your own. Nothing you type leaves this page.

Starting numbers. Change them to yours.

That's about $10,800 a year in sales you could win back by replying sooner.

New leads per month, times the share that wait too long, times the share of answered leads who buy, times the average sale, times 12 months. It's a rough estimate from the numbers you enter, not a promise of results.

Talk through your numbers

From first message to a booked call.

  1. A lead writes in or calls
  2. A teammate replies in seconds
  3. It asks the right questions
  4. A call is booked
  5. Your CRM is updated
  6. A reminder goes out

Nobody has to be on call for any of it.

Is this right for your sales?

Good fit if

  • Leads reach you by phone, web form or message, at all hours
  • Your team can't reply to everything the moment it arrives
  • You already know what a good lead looks like

Probably not yet if

  • You get a handful of leads a month and enjoy replying to each one yourself
  • There's no agreed next step for a lead (we can help you define one)

Questions people ask

Will it sound pushy?

No. We set the tone and the limits together. It asks a few questions, answers honestly and offers a time to talk. It doesn't pressure anyone, and it stops when someone says no.

Can it call leads back?

Yes, where the person has asked to be contacted and agreed to it. In the US, calls made with AI voices follow the same consent rules as other automated calls (the FCC confirmed this in 2024), so we set it up to contact only people who have agreed.

Does it work with our CRM?

Usually. We connect to the common CRMs, calendars and email tools, and build a connection when one doesn't offer it, so every conversation ends up where your team already looks.

What if a lead isn't a good fit?

It can say so politely, point them to something useful and keep your calendar for the people you can help.

Who takes over when a lead is ready?

A person on your team, with the conversation, the answers and the next step already in your CRM, so nobody starts from scratch.

What does it cost?

It depends on the channels you want covered, how many leads you get and which tools it connects to. After a first conversation we give you a clear scope and an estimate. We usually suggest starting with the first reply, because that's where leads are lost fastest.
