AI Automation

Stop spending your team's hours on work software can handle.

Emails to sort, data to type in, follow-ups to send, reports to build. Quietly, it takes hours from your team every week.

We turn that busywork into steps that run on their own, so your people can spend their time on work that needs a person.

What is AI automation?

AI automation means software does the repetitive steps for you. It reads the email or document, decides what to do, updates your tools and sends the follow-up. Older automation follows fixed rules and breaks when something unexpected turns up. AI can handle messy real-world input, like a free-text email or a scanned invoice, so it can take over work that used to need a person.

Busywork has a way of piling up.

  • Somebody re-types every order into a second system.

It's slow, and every re-type is a chance for a typo.

  • Follow-ups only happen when someone remembers.

The deals that go quiet are usually the ones nobody chased.

  • Invoices and forms sit in a pile until we have time.

And "when we have time" never comes.

  • The weekly report takes half a day to put together.

Copying numbers from four places into one.

None of this needs a person's judgment. It just needs doing.

What could you stop doing by hand?

  • Handling new leads

New inquiries are collected, checked and sent to the right person, with a follow-up already on its way.

  • Reading documents

Invoices, forms and emails get read, and the details land where they belong.

  • Following up

Customers and prospects keep moving without someone having to remember every next step.

  • Keeping records in sync

Your CRM, spreadsheets and databases stay up to date without anyone re-typing.

  • Building reports

The numbers get pulled together and written up for you, on time.

  • Passing work along

Information moves between the tools your team already uses.

A Monday morning where nobody typed anything.

Over the weekend, a handful of invoices arrived by email.

The system read each one, pulled out the amounts and dates, matched them to your records and flagged the one that didn't add up.

On Monday you open a short list. Everything is filed, and one thing needs your eye.

What is the busywork costing you?

Change the numbers to match your business. Nothing you type leaves this page.

Starting numbers. Change them to yours.

That's about $18,720 a year spent on this by hand.

Hours per person, times the number of people, times the cost of an hour, times 52 weeks. It counts staff time only, not the cost of delays or mistakes. It's a rough estimate, not a promise of savings.

Talk through your numbers

What a simple automation looks like.

  1. A new lead writes in
  2. A teammate reads what they want
  3. It decides if they're a fit
  4. Your records are updated
  5. The follow-up goes out
  6. A call gets booked

Nobody has to move each piece by hand.

Is automation right for you?

Good fit if

  • Someone does the same task every day or every week
  • The steps are mostly the same each time
  • The details live in email, forms, documents or spreadsheets

Probably not yet if

  • Every case is a one-off that needs real judgment
  • The process isn't written down anywhere (we can help you do that first)

Not sure which task to start with? Here's how we'd choose

What happens after you get in touch.

  1. Step 1: Tell us what's eating the time

Walk us through the task: who does it, how often and which tools it touches.

  2. Step 2: We map it and build the first automation

We turn the steps into something that runs on its own, connected to the tools you already use.

  3. Step 3: It runs, and we keep it healthy

We watch how it performs, fix what breaks and add the next one once the first has paid off.

Automation should remove work, not create more of it.

Automate a Workflow

Questions people ask

Which tasks are good candidates for AI automation?

Work that is repetitive, happens often, mostly follows the same steps and has a result you can check. If someone on your team does the same task every day, it's worth a look.

How is AI automation different from the automation tools I already know?

Traditional automation follows fixed rules and breaks when the input changes. AI automation can read messy input, like emails, PDFs and free text, and decide what to do with it, while still following the limits you set.

How do you decide what to automate first?

We list the tasks, estimate how often they happen and how long they take, and look at what's at stake if something goes wrong. Then we start with the one that gives the clearest payoff for the least risk.

What happens when the automation gets something wrong?

We build in checks and a route for unusual cases. Anything low-confidence or out of the ordinary goes to a person, and we review those cases regularly so the system gets better.

Will it work with the software we already have?

Usually. We connect to CRMs, calendars, email, help desks, accounting tools and spreadsheets, and build a custom connection when a tool doesn't offer one.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many steps the task has, which tools are involved and how much volume it handles. After a first conversation we give you a clear scope and an estimate. We usually suggest starting with one task so you can see results first.
